Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to the Glasgow office)

Salary: £24,570 – £26,500 per annum

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new HR software clients.
• Provide tailored training sessions and day-to-day product support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and technical assistance.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to support account renewals and growth.
• Identify and track technical issues or enhancement requests for the development team.
• Maintain high standards of service to ensure client satisfaction and software adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
• Ability to learn new software systems and tools quickly and efficiently.
• High level of organization and attention to detail in managing multiple client needs.
• Proactive and professional attitude with effective time management skills.
• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Glasgow office.
