TL;DR

EMEA Recruiter (IT): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles with an accent on stakeholder partnership, candidate sourcing, and delivering high-quality candidate experiences. Focus on building high-performing global IT teams while navigating the complexities of the EMEA market.

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Gdansk, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)

Salary: 9,000 – 11,000 PLN gross/month

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles primarily for IT positions like .NET developers and cloud engineers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and address hiring needs.
  • Source top-tier talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct networking channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the end-to-end interview process.
  • Maintain data integrity within the ATS and provide actionable recruitment insights.
  • Actively support employer branding initiatives to attract and engage technical talent.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Fluent English (C1) required for daily international communication
  • Proven hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple high-volume processes
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the Gdansk office

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of the EMEA recruitment market
  • Prior experience specifically within .NET and cloud technology sectors
