Location: Must be based in or able to work in Gdansk, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: 9,000 β 11,000 PLN gross/month

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles primarily for IT positions like .NET developers and cloud engineers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and address hiring needs.
- Source top-tier talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct networking channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the end-to-end interview process.
- Maintain data integrity within the ATS and provide actionable recruitment insights.
- Actively support employer branding initiatives to attract and engage technical talent.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Fluent English (C1) required for daily international communication
- Proven hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple high-volume processes
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the Gdansk office

- Deep knowledge of the EMEA recruitment market
- Prior experience specifically within .NET and cloud technology sectors
