What you will do

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to final offer stage.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards to build strong pipelines.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate feedback loops between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain high-quality candidate data and records within the ATS.
  • Participate in recruiting projects, employer branding, and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Location: Must be based in China.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS software.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and accept feedback.
