• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on release pipeline infrastructure.
• Define the technical roadmap for build systems, focusing on reliability and developer velocity.
• Implement complex workflow automation to support rapid and safe software releases.
• Maintain the digital thread linking requirements and safety inputs to production-ready outputs.
• Collaborate across hardware and software teams to support embedded Linux releases.
• Oversee operational health of build pipelines within AWS environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering Management.
• Strong background in build and release engineering for complex software systems.
• Deep expertise with build systems like Bazel and workflow engines like Temporal.
• Experience with AWS and containerized software delivery lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Debian-based software distribution and supply chain security.
