What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for platform capabilities and critical customer experiences that support customer expansion and scale.
• Own a significant portion of the platform and user experience, contributing to areas such as APIs and integrations, IAM, compliance, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and operational tooling.
• Define and evolve the systems and workflows that enable customers to integrate hirify.global into their development and operational workflows, manage teams securely, and deploy services reliably at scale.
• Build and scale foundational systems with a focus on reliability, extensibility, security, and usability.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to align roadmap with customer and platform needs.
• Make and guide key architectural decisions for long-term platform evolution.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading teams building customer-facing product experiences in complex technical domains.
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide the design of scalable, reliable product systems and workflows.
• Experience building products on top of underlying platform capabilities such as CI/CD, IAM, compliance, APIs, or deployment systems.
• Experience managing and developing engineers, including hiring and performance management.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and bring clarity to complex problem spaces.
• Clear ability to connect engineering investments to customer adoption, usability, and business impact.

Nice to have

• Experience working on developer-facing product experiences or technical workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems, deployment workflows, IAM, or enterprise product capabilities.
• Experience building products that depend on APIs, integrations, or platform subsystems.
• Background in developer platforms, DevTools, or complex B2B SaaS products.
