Salary: $172,000 USD and $249,000 USD (USA-based roles) or $155,000 CAD and $225,000 CAD (Canada-based roles)

What you will do

• Listen across the product organization to understand future platform needs.
• Work across multiple Platform teams in the identity and access management space, spanning authentication enablement, authorization, and identity.
• Translate needs into forward-thinking roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and design stakeholders.
• Own the product lifecycle from end-to-end, from roadmapping, to ideation and discovery through to launch and gaining adoption with internal teams.
• Accelerate the pace of shipping by breaking projects into clearly defined milestones that deliver meaningful impact.
• Define success metrics for teams and projects, and ensure that it is connected to real business outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience leading internally-facing Platform services in the IAM space at a multi-product company.
• Technical fluency and comfort engaging in large-scale architectural decisions with engineering.
• Experience building IAM services, especially for identities that span across multiple products, and complex Authn/Authz experiences essential to B2B products with various auth methods, including SSO, to multiple client types, including desktop applications, web apps, and developer tools.
• Strong data skills and experience working with, or ideally building or implementing, product telemetry platforms and the privacy considerations that go along with that.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, as well as communicate the impacts that their platform teams are having.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders, gather context, and synthesize quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, secrets management, or compliance.
• Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, or related authentication and authorization protocols.
