is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system.
What you will do
- Master the platform and support the Sales team with insights and expertise.
- Understand prospects’ needs and work internally to address them.
- Assess the level of functional alignment with ’s offerings and capabilities.
- Participate in RFP submissions and build ’s response with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts.
- Evangelize ’s services and products during the customer acquisition journey.
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding ’s platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Experienced in end-to-end procurement projects with involvement in RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s.
- Talent for quickly getting to the root cause of customers' concerns through active listening.
- Assertive and able to handle objections in a complex environment.
- Fluent in both French and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in the French Public Sector.
- Experience in HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions.
- Experience in Insurance or Health platforms.
