What you will do

• Own marketing experiments end-to-end, contributing to Python-based measurement workflows.
• Develop reporting and monitoring tools to increase visibility into marketing performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution, audience behavior, and data integrity.
• Collaborate on data infrastructure needs and org-wide measurement migrations.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Support KPI forecasting and budget allocation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2–3 years of experience in quantitative analysis within marketing or growth teams.
• Strong SQL proficiency with experience in relational databases like BigQuery or Redshift.
• Expertise in visualization and reporting using Python, Looker, or Redash.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods for hypothesis testing and analytical inference.
• Master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with geo experiments or synthetic control models (CausalImpact, GeoLift).
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Business Suite.
