What you will do

• Develop and execute lifecycle growth strategies across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign operations from setup and QA to deployment and monitoring.
• Implement personalization logic, dynamic content, and audience management within automation platforms.
• Integrate AI tools into campaign operations to automate workflows and generate high-performing copy variants.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to translate campaign results into actionable insights.
• Ensure flawless execution through rigorous QA and proactive process improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading multi-channel lifecycle marketing from strategy to execution.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Braze or Iterable.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Zapier to automate lifecycle tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and templating languages such as Liquid or Handlebars.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our Mexico City office.
