What you will do

• Lead large-scale technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering disciplines.
• Design and implement scalable architectural solutions for complex organizational challenges.
• Drive organizational-level technical decisions and strategic vision with leadership.
• Set high standards for code quality, resilience, security, and scalability.
• Mentor senior engineers to foster continuous growth and knowledge sharing.
• Represent the engineering organization in cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

• 9+ years of related work experience.
• Previous experience as a Staff Engineer or equivalent level.
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership and mentoring teams.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
