What you will do

• Traffic, schedule, and launch campaigns across YouTube, Paid Social, Linear TV, and streaming platforms.
• Manage the build and quality assurance of paid social campaigns to ensure alignment with core brand verticals.
• Coordinate with creative and brand teams to ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and objectives.
• Track and report on upper- and mid-funnel performance metrics like reach, frequency, and engagement.
• Maintain performance dashboards and compile recurring insights for stakeholders.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for external vendors and media partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in media, marketing, or agency environments.
• Must be prepared to relocate to the Boston, MA office if necessary.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with campaign performance data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of digital media buying metrics such as GRPs and CPMs.
