What you will do

  • Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Benelux to drive enterprise product and service sales.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account executives and support counterparts.
  • Manage channel strategy in collaboration with partners and distributors to expand market reach.
  • Drive pipeline development and accurately forecast sales performance using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology to assess opportunities and ensure value-based selling.
  • Represent the organization at executive briefings and major customer forums.

Requirements

  • Fluent professional proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
  • Extensive experience managing regional sales teams focused on enterprise accounts.
  • Proven background in technology, networking, security, or software sectors.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interact effectively with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, MBA preferred.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in French.
  • Prior experience in networking sales environments.
