What you will do
- Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Benelux to drive enterprise product and service sales.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account executives and support counterparts.
- Manage channel strategy in collaboration with partners and distributors to expand market reach.
- Drive pipeline development and accurately forecast sales performance using Salesforce and Clari.
- Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology to assess opportunities and ensure value-based selling.
- Represent the organization at executive briefings and major customer forums.
Requirements
- Fluent professional proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
- Extensive experience managing regional sales teams focused on enterprise accounts.
- Proven background in technology, networking, security, or software sectors.
- Strong business acumen and ability to interact effectively with executive-level decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, MBA preferred.
