What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize product positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Lead the Technical Design Authority to ensure technology direction and architecture support long-term business goals.
• Provide line management to a cross-functional team of Product Owners, focusing on performance and succession planning.
• Contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to shape business-wide strategy and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Extensive experience in product management and portfolio strategy within a high-stakes industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and line manage Product Owners.
• Strong background in commercial alignment, including pricing models, cost contribution, and bid governance.
• Experience driving technical architectural strategy and working with technical design authorities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Engineering departments.
