TL;DR
Product Manager (Public Safety) (IoT/Critical Communications): Defining and driving product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle development for public safety and emergency response solutions with an accent on customer insight, Agile delivery, and portfolio growth. Focus on translating operational needs into product priorities, balancing customer and business value, and coordinating development, sales, operations, and support.
Location: Hybrid; candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden

What you will do
- Define product strategy, modernisation plans, roadmaps, and long-term portfolio development.
- Engage with rescue services and public safety organisations to understand operational challenges and identify product opportunities.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery, prioritisation, and business cases through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Work with Agile development teams to create and prioritise requirements and deliver customer value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support on product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market developments, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies while supporting growth and go-to-market activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role in software, technology, communications, or another technology-driven environment.
- Experience working with software development teams in an Agile product development environment.
- Ability to translate customer and market needs into product requirements, priorities, and business value.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across customers, commercial teams, and technical functions.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to evaluate opportunities from both customer and business perspectives.
- Professional fluency in Swedish and English, and eligibility to work in Sweden.

- Experience in public safety, emergency services, mission-critical communications, public-sector technology, or critical infrastructure.
