What you will do

• Create customer-centric CRM campaigns using insight, data, and analysis.
• Develop messaging and creative content across multiple customer journeys and channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from initial planning through execution to performance reporting.
• Focus on day-to-day CRM activities to drive engagement and retention for existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure adherence to brand, content, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM and campaign management, including messaging, creative development, and audience segmentation.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Marketing Suite.
• Proven track record working across direct channels including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid office requirements.
