What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to plan and activate multi-channel campaigns including website, webinars, and email.
  • Manage lead nurture campaigns to convert prospects into pipeline and engaged customers.
  • Draft creative briefs for copywriters and designers while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Segment marketing databases and monitor campaign performance within the CRM.
  • Recommend testing and optimization techniques to improve overall campaign results.
  • Report campaign insights back to international stakeholders and field marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to London Bridge (UK).
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Understanding of the full customer journey from prospecting to renewal.
  • Practical knowledge of email, SMS, and landing page best practices and legal requirements.
  • Proven ability to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Hubspot, Wordpress, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with marketing data reporting and visualization.
  • Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
