Salary: £90,000–£110,000 per annum.

What you will do
- Drive the full marketing strategy across digital, brand, content, and campaigns for London and regional markets.
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM.
- Execute performance marketing initiatives with clear focus on CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Manage creative production through internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
- Analyze data and market trends to generate actionable insights and strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, sales, and data teams to align marketing efforts with core business goals.
Requirements
- Based in the UK.
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing with a blend of strategic and execution focus.
- Proven track record in performance marketing and cross-functional campaign leadership.
- Strong literacy in paid media, SEO, content marketing, and CRM.
- Ability to lead creative production across video, static, and copywriting.
- Strong data literacy with ability to translate results into clear business decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or Hotjar.
- Background in brand development, influencer partnerships, or event marketing.
- Experience mentoring junior marketing specialists.
