What you will do

• Drive the full marketing strategy across digital, brand, content, and campaigns for London and regional markets.
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM.
• Execute performance marketing initiatives with clear focus on CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Manage creative production through internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Analyze data and market trends to generate actionable insights and strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design, sales, and data teams to align marketing efforts with core business goals.

Requirements

• Based in the UK.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing with a blend of strategic and execution focus.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and cross-functional campaign leadership.
• Strong literacy in paid media, SEO, content marketing, and CRM.
• Ability to lead creative production across video, static, and copywriting.
• Strong data literacy with ability to translate results into clear business decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or Hotjar.
• Background in brand development, influencer partnerships, or event marketing.
