What you will do
- Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and owned channels using ESPs like Customer.io.
- Develop segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, behavior-based content throughout the patient journey.
- Own and optimize automated lifecycle flows to improve patient engagement and treatment adherence.
- Collaborate with brand, medical, and creative teams to ensure consistent, empathetic communication.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize open, click-through, and conversion performance metrics.
- Manage weekly CRM reporting to identify insights and opportunities for improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within a DTC or healthcare brand.
- Hands-on proficiency with ESPs such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
- Understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Figma for asset and template management.
- Proactive approach to using AI tools for streamlining creative workflows and copywriting.
