TL;DR

Product Lead (EdTech): Defining the vision and strategy for the student-facing experience with an accent on product roadmap development and cross-functional leadership. Location: Must be based in or able to work in Stockholm, Sweden (5-day in-office policy)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for the student experience.
  • Act as a hands-on Product Manager for a specific product unit, collaborating with developers, QA, and designers.
  • Lead and mentor product team members while establishing meaningful KPIs.
  • Coordinate efforts between product, tech, customer success, and revenue teams.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from user research and discovery to final implementation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Designer, or Consultant with a tech focus.
  • Proven track record in high-performance or startup environments.
  • Experience leading people and teams.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent from a top-tier university.
  • Must be able to work 5 days per week in the Stockholm office.

Nice to have

  • Background in EdTech or education.
  • Experience in software engineering or data science.
  • Consulting toolkit and product management leadership history.
