What you will do

• Act as a superuser for the internal product information system (PIA).
• Administrate product data and ensure high-quality information standards.
• Support product projects by providing system expertise and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and guidelines for users.
• Handle incoming requests and questions via the ServiceNow helpdesk.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including data migration and system optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in a supportive or coordinating role.
• Strong interest in product data and information structure.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and a structured mindset.
• Familiarity with the Axis product portfolio.
• Ability to work onsite in Lund, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in Jira.
• Prior experience with the PIA system.
