What you will do

  • Self-source a robust pipeline via outbound prospecting and account research.
  • Own territory strategy and consistently hit annual sales quotas.
  • Conduct structured discovery and deliver high-impact product demonstrations.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across Finance, HR, and IT departments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and growth.
  • Provide frontline insights on market positioning and product feedback to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of self-sourced deals.
  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English proficiency.
  • Experience in mid-market sales and managing complex buying committees.
  • Strong discipline in pipeline forecasting, CRM management, and data-driven sales metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in utilizing AI tools for sales productivity.

Nice to have

  • Domain expertise in HR tech, fintech, T&E, or ERP systems.
  • Prior experience in a European SaaS scale-up.
  • Experience managing multi-country sales territories.
