What you will do

• Create connectors and integrations to make company data available to AI systems via Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain knowledge base pipelines, MCP integrations, and API connections for business-wide AI tooling.
• Support internal teams in creating AI-powered data sources and automated workflows using rapid app builder tools.
• Develop templates, guardrails, and building blocks to enable safe AI experimentation for non-engineers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to identify high-leverage opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Contribute to the internal automation platform using tools like AWS Bedrock, n8n, and custom solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building AI tooling in a commercial environment.
• Strong full-stack skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Frontend development experience with Next.js or React.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and experience with LLMs and embeddings.
• Ability to ship containerized software to Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar LLM provider APIs.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Experience implementing product guardrails, SLOs, or DORA metrics.
