AI Engineer (Catalyst): Building and evolving an AI intelligence platform for the real estate industry with an accent on agentic workflows and evaluation infrastructure. Location: Hybrid, with office presence required in London, New York, or Singapore.

Compensation: Up to £120,000 (London/Singapore) / $200,000 (New York) + equity.

What you will do

• Ship production-ready features multiple times daily using AI-augmented workflows like Claude Code and Codex.
• Own feature lifecycles from understanding customer problems and implementation to deployment and measuring impact.
• Design agentic workflows and evaluation infrastructure for our AI intelligence platform.
• Experiment rapidly, prototype new approaches, and iterate based on data and test results.
• Pair with staff and principal engineers to integrate deep domain knowledge with AI-driven development speed.
• Collaborate across product, customer success, and engineering to solve real-world enterprise customer challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, New York, or Singapore.
• Demonstrable experience shipping software through personal projects, open source, or professional work.
• Fluency in AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex for daily development.
• Strong programming fundamentals, specifically in Python and TypeScript.
• Ability to debug, reason about, and maintain AI-generated code.
• Comfort with rapid experimentation and outcome-focused development.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) or infrastructure tooling.
• Background in real estate, law, or finance domains.
• Experience fine-tuning or building applications with LLM APIs.
