TL;DR

Salary: £100,000–£160,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Architect and deploy end-to-end AI features from initial customer concept to production.
  • Build advanced data extraction and workflow automation systems for property leases and market research.
  • Collaborate with product and commercial teams to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Mentor other engineers and establish best practices in code quality and system architecture.
  • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development workflows.
  • Ensure data privacy and security are integrated by design within the AI platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced technical environments.
  • Strong Python proficiency with a track record of shipping customer-facing features.
  • History of owning end-to-end product development life cycles.
  • Experience designing and maintaining high-quality APIs and integrations.
  • Ability to make technical decisions balancing immediate needs with long-term architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in real estate, law, or finance sectors.
  • Background in robust software testing and deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with component-based system design and microservices.
