What you will do
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI features from initial customer concept to production.
- Build advanced data extraction and workflow automation systems for property leases and market research.
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor other engineers and establish best practices in code quality and system architecture.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development workflows.
- Ensure data privacy and security are integrated by design within the AI platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced technical environments.
- Strong Python proficiency with a track record of shipping customer-facing features.
- History of owning end-to-end product development life cycles.
- Experience designing and maintaining high-quality APIs and integrations.
- Ability to make technical decisions balancing immediate needs with long-term architecture.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate, law, or finance sectors.
- Background in robust software testing and deployment practices.
- Familiarity with component-based system design and microservices.
