What you will do

• Shape intuitive and emotionally engaging player experiences in collaboration with cross-discipline teams.
• Design UX solutions that balance player needs, product goals, and technical requirements.
• Lead UX design from concept through wireframes, prototypes, and final implementation.
• Champion the player perspective to improve feature satisfaction, clarity, and enjoyment.
• Utilize user research and playtest data to drive high-impact design refinements.
• Establish and maintain UX best practices, principles, and quality standards across the design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in the gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of player-centered UX and player behavior.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools including Figma and Adobe Suite.
