Salary: $180,200 - $252,300 USD

What you will do

  • Translate complex data into actionable narratives for senior leaders, HRBPs, and Talent partners.
  • Design innovative, competitive compensation programs that align with business strategy.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR stakeholders to implement and administer compensation programs.
  • Manage end-to-end compensation cycles, including offers, promotions, and budgeting.
  • Drive cross-functional projects to evolve compensation philosophy and best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or related analytical roles in high-growth tech.
  • Deep expertise in base pay, bonus, and equity program design and market benchmarking.
  • Advanced proficiency in modeling and data visualization using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with HRBPs, Talent, and Finance.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Pave, or Compa.
