What you will do
- Translate complex data into actionable narratives for senior leaders, HRBPs, and Talent partners.
- Design innovative, competitive compensation programs that align with business strategy.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR stakeholders to implement and administer compensation programs.
- Manage end-to-end compensation cycles, including offers, promotions, and budgeting.
- Drive cross-functional projects to evolve compensation philosophy and best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or related analytical roles in high-growth tech.
- Deep expertise in base pay, bonus, and equity program design and market benchmarking.
- Advanced proficiency in modeling and data visualization using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with HRBPs, Talent, and Finance.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Pave, or Compa.
