What you will do
- Define and execute the business rhythm for the Fintech department, including MBRs, quarterly planning, and strategic portfolio management.
- Design and implement standardized processes and tooling to improve departmental efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for yearly business planning and budget execution.
- Manage the department scorecard, providing actionable insights to leadership for performance improvement.
- Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders up to SVP level to drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10 professionals, including people managers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business operations or process management.
- Proven ability to drive quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Expertise in identifying operational challenges and implementing structured, scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, including managing other people managers.
- Strong communication and influencing skills suitable for senior-level stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA or similar enterprise project management tooling.
- Prior background in the technology or payments industries.
