What you will do

• Define and execute the business rhythm for the Fintech department, including MBRs, quarterly planning, and strategic portfolio management.
• Design and implement standardized processes and tooling to improve departmental efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for yearly business planning and budget execution.
• Manage the department scorecard, providing actionable insights to leadership for performance improvement.
• Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders up to SVP level to drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10 professionals, including people managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations or process management.
• Proven ability to drive quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Expertise in identifying operational challenges and implementing structured, scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, including managing other people managers.
• Strong communication and influencing skills suitable for senior-level stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA or similar enterprise project management tooling.
• Prior background in the technology or payments industries.
