Legal & Compliance Strategy And Transformation Manager

What you will do

• Define and execute Legal & Compliance business priorities, objectives, and OKRs in alignment with the Chief Legal Officer's vision and hirify.global strategy.
• Coordinate strategy communication, cross-functional alignment, and periodic reporting across the Legal & Compliance organization.
• Develop ROI frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and reporting that measure revenue acceleration, cost reduction, hours saved, quality of work, and quality of life.
• Help implement Legal Vision & Strategy 2030, including operating model, service delivery, organizational design, talent development, and innovation management.
• Design optimized service delivery models involving alternative legal service providers, managed services, and centers of excellence.
• Oversee legal digital transformation, including the roadmap for CLM, matter management, e-billing, AI tools, adoption, and change management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy management, legal operations, or legal transformation, preferably in a large, complex, multinational organization.
• Experience with legal and compliance matters, process optimization, and operating model design.
• Familiarity with legal technology, including CLM, matter management, and AI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate the ROI of strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic concepts into practical implementation.
• Change management skills, autonomy under high workload, and the ability to build trust and connect people.
