What you will do
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate business growth within the pharma events portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Key Account Managers to optimize partnerships and revenue.
- Drive digital innovation and sponsorship initiatives through the Agile Sponsorship Hub.
- Conduct market research and utilize analytics to inform business plans and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across brand, content, and marketing teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage budgets, performance reporting, and monitor commercial activity metrics.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Proven experience managing teams at a senior leadership level.
- Track record of driving ancillary revenue through digital channels and sponsorship.
- Strong background in strategic planning, event management, and relationship building.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and financial performance reporting.
- Ability and availability for travel approximately 1-2 times per month.
