What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive Client Growth Plans to drive revenue and scope expansion.
• Manage the commercial performance of the account, including forecasting, scoping, staffing, and profitability.
• Represent the company as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across global markets, ensuring operational efficiency and contract compliance.
• Foster a proactive culture of client satisfaction and drive improvement plans based on feedback metrics.
• Provide collective leadership to diverse, multi-disciplinary global teams to ensure team alignment and accountability.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience managing global clients and local market teams.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to consider long-term business impact.
• Experience navigating global media and marketing environments with cultural sensitivity.
• Leadership capability to manage and inspire indirect global teams.
