TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Maastricht (Netherlands), with presence in the local office 1–2 days per week.

What you will do
- Take ownership of the marketplace in the Netherlands and Belgium, serving as the main point of contact for suppliers.
- Monitor KPIs like price competitiveness, delivery reliability, and return rates to optimize performance.
- Analyze assortments, identify potentials, and collaborate with suppliers to develop a customer-oriented offering.
- Work with reports and analysis tools to present results and derive recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute best practices and support regional objectives as part of the international Supplier Performance Management Team.
- Collaborate with the local market team in the Netherlands and internal interfaces to ensure efficient information management.
Requirements
- Experience in supplier management, purchasing, or category management, ideally in B2B/B2G e-commerce or a marketplace environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with KPIs, reports, and digital tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive improvements independently.
- Comfortable operating in an international environment and connecting local market requirements with regional objectives.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits, trade fairs, and team meetings.

- Good German language skills.
