Focus on translating high-level strategy into actionable plans, resolving complex operational bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless communication across all leadership levels.

Location: Must live within commuting distance of the Amsterdam office

What you will do

  • Drive the OKR-setting process and support departments in input collection.
  • Analyze and provide insights on business delivery status and key performance changes.
  • Map out and improve internal governance processes.
  • Coordinate weekly alignment for the extended leadership team.
  • Manage company-wide projects and initiatives, including AI adoption roll-outs.
  • Support the Chief of Staff with board-level updates and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must live within commuting distance of Amsterdam
  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth companies.
  • Proven experience in project or program management.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable outputs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on turning ambiguous problems into executable plans.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
