What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales and planning teams to respond to client briefs by defining objectives and success metrics.
  • Assist in creating media plans, developing proposal narratives, and managing budget allocations.
  • Utilize research tools and internal data to define target audiences and inform strategic planning decisions.
  • Support pre-sale forecasting by analyzing historical performance and inventory availability.
  • Prepare comprehensive pre-sale materials including presentations and planning documentation.
  • Coordinate across sales, activation, and insight teams to ensure operational alignment and delivery feasibility.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Solid understanding of digital media marketing and social media landscape.
  • Familiarity with the TV and digital sports industry.
  • Excellent cross-team communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, entrepreneurial approach to managing multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
