TL;DR

Planner/Buyer (Marketing): Developing and executing data-informed media campaigns across digital and traditional channels with an accent on budget management, audience insights, and market trend analysis. Focus on driving client business performance through innovative, data-driven planning and seamless collaboration with internal teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel media campaigns including Digital, Press, Radio, and OOH.
  • Assess media options and compile detailed, data-driven recommendations for clients.
  • Manage campaign finances and ensure efficient budget utilization.
  • Provide actionable insights on target audiences and shifting market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors to ensure high-quality delivery and client value.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in media planning and buying.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for campaign strategy.
  • Proficiency in Excel for numerical analysis and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and professional attitude with a drive to deliver industry-leading work.
