What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel media campaigns including Digital, Press, Radio, and OOH.
- Assess media options and compile detailed, data-driven recommendations for clients.
- Manage campaign finances and ensure efficient budget utilization.
- Provide actionable insights on target audiences and shifting market trends.
- Collaborate closely with Account Directors to ensure high-quality delivery and client value.
- Support and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven track record in media planning and buying.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for campaign strategy.
- Proficiency in Excel for numerical analysis and campaign reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and professional attitude with a drive to deliver industry-leading work.
