What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to strategize deals, deliver technical presentations, and address prospect inquiries.
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demos and proofs of concept connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes.
- Own the technical components of RFPs and RFIs to ensure accurate and aligned responses.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmaps.
- Define technical success criteria pre-sale and support handoffs to post-sale teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or digital risk protection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in automation technologies and understanding of modern software architecture.
- Ability to translate technical language into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating customer workflows and presenting ROI-driven recommendations.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as OSCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC or SPIN.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas or delivering successful integration projects.
