What you will do

• Own the end-to-end relationship with 1-2 health plan customers, from implementation to product delivery.
• Translate complex clinical and operational pain points into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate directly with engineering teams to ship solutions and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop deep fluency in utilization management, prior authorization, and clinical workflows.
• Surface recurring account patterns to inform the broader long-term product roadmap.
• Help establish the company’s internal playbook for customer success and deployment at scale.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in product management or strategy consulting.
• Must be able to work in the United States (based in or near San Francisco).
• Strong communication skills with experience running client meetings and managing project timelines.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical engineering execution.
• Self-directed mindset comfortable with early-stage ambiguity.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in health policy or public health (MPH, MHA).
• Direct experience at a health plan, BHMO, or managed care organization.
• Background in strategy consulting.
