About the Role

You will diagnose operational inefficiencies across teams, design and deploy AI-powered automations and agents, and own solutions from prototype to production. You will run enablement sessions, create documentation and SOPs, measure success with dashboards, communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, and build the core primitives (prompt libraries, integration patterns, governance) that allow reliable internal AI tooling.

Requirements

• CS background or strong technical fluency
• Comfortable reading, writing, and testing code; experience with APIs, data structures, SQL, and scripting
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
• Experience using no-code/low-code platforms and writing custom code when needed
• Data-driven problem solving and experience defining metrics and measuring impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Systems and process building experience (SOPs, documentation, templates)
• 3–6 years of experience in product management, business operations, technical program management, solutions engineering, consulting, or similar roles

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities
• Translate business pain points into a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI
• Design and deploy AI-powered automations, agents, and workflows using code and no-code/low-code tools
• Own solutions end-to-end from prototype to production
• Run enablement sessions, create documentation, and build internal champions
• Communicate progress, surface risks early, and maintain alignment across priorities
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to track performance and adoption
• Develop documentation, prompt libraries, SOPs, integration patterns, and governance frameworks
