What you will do

• Define and own the product vision for AI-assisted performance and agentic workflows.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, partnering with engineering and design teams.
• Develop a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap and strategy.
• Drive customer discovery through interviews and beta programs to iterate on features.
• Establish trust and safety in AI outputs using human-in-the-loop frameworks.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience in complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of building and shipping AI-powered or agentic products.
• Strong technical partnership experience, specifically with LLM-based systems.
• Experience building integrations for flow-of-work tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Nice to have

• Background in HR tech, performance management, or people systems.
• Experience leading both 0→1 and scaled (1→N) product initiatives.
