What you will do

• Define and own technical architecture blueprints from pre-sales to post-sales execution.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex integration challenges with Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise telephony platforms.
• Act as the authoritative technical partner for enterprise clients and internal engineering teams.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Manage delivery for strategic accounts and support technical implementation teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with availability for EST-PST time zone alignment.
• Extensive experience in enterprise software implementations and solutions architecture.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms including AWS and GCP, as well as CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of contact center infrastructure such as AWS Connect, Genesys, or Five9.
• Proven ability to manage complex internal and external processes with diverse stakeholders.
