What you will do

• Protect member privacy by investigating and removing personal data from various online sources.
• Troubleshoot adversarial problem sites using creative strategies and critical thinking.
• Manage and maintain detailed case documentation within Jira and internal systems.
• Escalate observed patterns in site behavior or internal tooling gaps to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive operational process improvements.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal playbooks, SOPs, and removal workflows.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA, five days per week.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal operations, Trust & Safety, or customer support.
• Proven ability to execute high-volume tasks such as ticket processing or data investigations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with G Suite tools and experience using Jira or similar ticketing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex privacy issues.

Nice to have

• Background specifically in privacy operations or fraud and risk investigations.
• Prior experience working with data brokers or in adversarial environments.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and consumer data protection concepts.
• Demonstrated success in contributing to product or engineering process improvements.
