Content Moderator, Moderation & Incubation

Location: Scottsdale, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

What you will do

• Pilot new moderation tools, review queues, workflows, and experimental policies, providing structured feedback.
• Review ambiguous and high-complexity Tier 3 content cases to identify policy gaps and edge cases.
• Develop scalable playbooks and documentation for content moderation operations and BPO partners.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights to Policy, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Identify emerging abuse patterns and risks, including root-cause analysis.
• Help design and execute experiments such as A/B tests for moderator tooling, policy clarity, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, policy operations, or a related role involving complex analytical problem-solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and provide actionable feedback.
• Strong investigative and critical-thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make principled decisions.
• Resilience and maturity when handling potentially disturbing content on a daily basis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience reviewing digital content or working in a BPO, call center, or content moderation environment.
• Experience with process design, continuous improvement, or operational experimentation.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, data-backed recommendations.
