Location: United States (remote). Full-time, 100% remote, 40 hours per week during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available. A private workspace with a lockable door and high-speed internet is required for handling sensitive information. Portland, Oregon HQ access is optional.
Salary: $130,000–$145,000 per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

Digital clinic providing virtual, multidisciplinary addiction-medicine care, including medication-assisted treatment and ongoing patient support.
What you will do
- Own patient lifecycle communications across pre-enrollment, activation, retention, transactional moments, and post-churn re-engagement.
- Build production-ready campaigns in a communications or CRM platform, including workflows, audience segmentation, targeting logic, and message creation.
- Run continuous A/B testing across messaging, timing, and channels, using results to optimize activation and retention KPIs.
- Launch and govern patient communication channels such as push notifications and email while managing cadence and channel overlap.
- Manage multimedia app content and patient-facing assessments in partnership with Content and care stakeholders, configuring content in the CMS and tracking engagement.
- Support feature launches, collect patient feedback, and monitor competitors and market positioning in addiction care and digital health.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or product marketing, ideally across both areas.
- Hands-on ownership of a communications or CRM tool such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or a similar platform.
- Experience building a lifecycle marketing function from the ground up and defining its roadmap.
- Track record of owning activation or retention KPIs and explaining the reasons behind performance results.
- Ability to work in a regulated, compliance-sensitive healthcare environment with attention to clarity and detail.
- U.S. work authorization and a private, secure workspace are required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Nice to have
- Healthcare, regulated-industry, or other compliance-sensitive experience.
- Lived experience related to substance use recovery or training as a peer recovery specialist.
