What you will do
- Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of AI agents for enterprise customers, from initial scope to post-launch optimization.
- Design, build, and iterate on AI agents in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineers to maximize business value.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for EMEA customers, leading workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support the regional sales cycle by demonstrating technical feasibility and articulating the value of the platform.
- Act as the first EMEA hire for the function, developing internal playbooks and setting standards for the practice.
- Provide critical feedback loops to the product and engineering teams to shape future platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementation, Product, or Customer Success roles.
- Strong technical understanding of systems architecture and experience building AI or LLM-based products.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical deployments and manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Passion for automation and shaping the future of customer experience.

- Background in product management, conversation design, or forward deployed engineering.
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS startup environment.
- Familiarity with contact center operations and customer support workflows.
