What you will do
- Manage and scale the end-to-end strategy for the affiliate marketing program.
- Identify, vet, and onboard new high-value partners in technology and security categories.
- Drive channel performance by optimizing commission structures and partner engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, paid media, and analytics teams to align campaign messaging and attribution.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and forecast future growth.
- Stay current with emerging affiliate models including content sites, comparison platforms, and influencer channels.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing within B2C, SaaS, or subscription environments.
- Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programs generating $1M+ in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated success in scaling channel performance through optimization and recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency with tracking platforms like Everflow, PartnerStack, CJ, or ShareASale.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel or Sheets for data visualization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building long-term partner relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, VPN, Antivirus, or Identity Theft protection verticals.
