What you will do

• Secure high-value CPA, RevShare, and hybrid partnerships with crypto exchanges and broker networks.
• Negotiate exclusive partnership terms to maximize long-term business value.
• Develop and implement geo-specific monetization strategies across 26 international markets.
• Audit and optimize affiliate placements, conversion funnels, and traffic performance.
• Analyze performance metrics such as EPC and conversion rates to drive monetization efficiency.
• Represent the company at major industry events to build and maintain strategic relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in crypto or forex affiliate partnerships (network or publisher side).
• Strong existing network of affiliate managers at crypto exchanges and broker platforms.
• Proven track record of negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals.
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms like Impact, Tune, or Awin.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in EPC and conversion optimization.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ability to use AI tools for research, outreach, and benchmarking.

Nice to have

• Experience with both crypto-native and TradFi/forex affiliate programs.
• Technical skills including handling tracking pixels, UTMs, postbacks, and API integrations.
• Experience with WordPress for landing page and conversion optimization.
• Willingness to travel for 4–6 major industry events per year.
