What you will do

• Act as the primary technical executive interface for strategic customers and stakeholders.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical solutions using hirify.global’s platform.
• Represent the company's technology vision at conferences and industry events as a thought leader.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align product roadmaps with customer needs.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and architecture sessions.
• Mentor solution architects and customer engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles such as CTO or Architect.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data systems.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, APIs, and modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
• Extensive experience with large-scale enterprise software implementations and Generative AI solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills.
