What you will do

• Lead high-touch onboarding and implementation for strategic enterprise customers.
• Design and maintain reference architectures and integration playbooks to streamline customer adoption.
• Drive deployment best practices focusing on security, networking, observability, and performance optimization.
• Serve as a technical advisor to product and engineering teams, facilitating architecture workshops.
• Provide technical escalation support and perform root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Contribute to field motions including solution scoping, proofs-of-value, and security responses.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or customer engineering for enterprise SaaS or ML platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including IAM, networking, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of ML pipelines, model deployment patterns, and data governance.
• Experience translating complex customer requirements into clear technical implementation plans.
• Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and executive-level stakeholders.

• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems and partner integration workflows.
• Experience with product-led growth instrumentation and onboarding optimization.
