What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, influencing strategy and identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
- Guide and influence technical direction across cloud, data, integration, and fullstack engineering.
- Develop business cases and proposals to secure new opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
- Define and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures.
- Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the evolution of company methodologies, best practices, and internal IP.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software architecture and modern fullstack engineering practices.
- Proven ability to engage and build trust with senior-level client stakeholders (CTO, CPO, CDO).
- Strong background in translating business ambitions into technical strategies and scalable architectures.
- Expertise across the full development lifecycle, including frontend, backend, APIs, data, and DevOps.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring architects and engineers.
- Commitment to a blended working model, balancing home, clubhouse, and client-site work.
