• Develop business cases and proposals to secure new opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Define and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures.
• Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Contribute to the evolution of company methodologies, best practices, and internal IP.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture and modern fullstack engineering practices.
• Proven ability to engage and build trust with senior-level client stakeholders (CTO, CPO, CDO).
• Strong background in translating business ambitions into technical strategies and scalable architectures.
• Expertise across the full development lifecycle, including frontend, backend, APIs, data, and DevOps.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring architects and engineers.
