What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor and bridge between partner ecosystems and Enterprise clients for strategic engagements.
• Design complex solution architectures, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Champion the integration of AI capabilities and agentic workflows within partner-delivered solutions.
• Develop technical training programs, certification materials, and best-practice documentation for partners.
• Standardize QA models and lead technical audits to ensure high performance and solution quality.
• Synthesize partner feedback to influence the product roadmap and platform strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, architecture, or technical consulting for Enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years of proven experience implementing complex hirify.global deployments.
• Must be hirify.global Builder, Admin, and AI certified.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with experience in generative AI tools (LLMs) and ML concepts.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as LucidChart, Visio, or Miro.
• Ability to influence internal/external stakeholders and manage competing priorities in an ambiguous environment.
