What you will do

• Own the end-to-end global HR function, including recruitment, payroll, compensation, and operations.
• Drive critical hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate roles to ensure quality and speed.
• Partner with founders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Build and implement simple, practical performance management and feedback frameworks.
• Manage HR compliance and employment structures across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Lead and mentor a high-quality HR team with a focus on ownership and execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization.
• Strong background managing HR across multiple countries and remote team structures.
• Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Exceptional business acumen with the ability to make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous settings.
